When life gets hard, the village shows up.
When life gets hard, the village shows up.

Darlene Grassel founded Our Village Network with a simple belief: no one should have to face life’s hardest moments without a village. After nearly 25 years leading teams and managing complex projects in supply chain and information technology, she chose to apply those same leadership skills to serving her community. Today, she leads Our Village Network with a focus on practical support, meaningful partnerships, and treating every person with dignity and compassion. Her vision continues to bring together volunteers, donors, and community partners who believe that when people come together, even small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference.
